Something Windy This Way Comes

Something Windy This Way Comes

Storm season is upon us, Hampton Roads!

Weather the storm in style this year, with a Generac Generator from American
Mechanical, Inc. Our knowledgeable and professional technicians are trained
in one area: the art of generating power for YOU.

Keep your home or business well-lit and comfortable this fall, come hurricanes
and high water! American Mechanical, Inc. wants to ensure that your family
is safe and protected from the elements this year, and that your company
doesn’t lose any time or profit due to lost power.

Installation

Our skilled techs will come to your home or business to install your new
Generac generator, the most reliable and dependable brand on the market.
We’ll help you determine which size and model suit your needs, and
install it at no inconvenience to you.

We’ll make sure that your new generator is code compliant and that
all the necessary preparations are made; permits, trenching, etc. You
won’t have to worry about a thing.

Even if you’ve already purchased a generator, we’re happy to
hook it up for you. Just give us a call and spend the next storm as a
bright beacon of light on an otherwise dark street.

Repair

It’s never fun when the thing that’s supposed to solve your
problems needs repairs. When the unthinkable happens, and your standby
generator is out of commission, call the experienced technicians at American
Mechanical in Virginia Beach, Norfolk, and all of Hampton Roads.

We’re well-versed in the common problems such as cracks and leaks,
as well as engine, radiator, fuel pressure, sensors/controls and even
the rare total power failure. We’ll fix the problem and take a second,
deeper look, to determine whether it’s likely to occur again.

We don’t just make your generator look nice, we make it run more
efficiently. We’re just committed like that.

Maintenance

As with most things in life, an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure.

Take some time to create a schedule, so that you’re always prepared
and know when your generator needs a little tune-up. In order to save
your evening when the power goes out, your generator needs to be charged;
and if the battery is older than 3 years then it needs to be replaced.

Bonus: If you sign up for the annual maintenance plan you’ll receive
a 15% discount on any necessary repairs (including parts and labor!)
